SequenceLabs Return & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of research-use products, all sales made by SequenceLabs are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging
- Describe the issue in detail
Upon verification, we may issue a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products handled outside proper laboratory conditions
- Orders delayed due to shipping carriers
- Items seized or restricted by customs or local authorities
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Shipping Issues
- SequenceLabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
7. Processing Time
Once approved, replacements or refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
