All orders placed with SequenceLabs are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier operations. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order size, and selected shipping option. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
4. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. SequenceLabs is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as shipped, responsibility for transit lies with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first and then contact us for assistance.
7. Customs, Import Restrictions, and Local Laws
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local import laws, customs requirements, and regulations in their jurisdiction before placing an order. SequenceLabs is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or other authorities.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging.
9. Address Changes and Order Modifications
Requests to change shipping details or modify an order must be submitted before the order is processed. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
